The Team Manager is the administrative leader of the team and serves as the primary liaison between the coaching staff, families, league officials, and the Beaumont Amateur Hockey Association (BAHA). While the Head Coach is responsible for player development and on-ice performance, the Team Manager oversees the operational and administrative aspects of the season. By managing communication, organization, and team logistics, the Team Manager enables the coaching staff to focus on creating a positive and rewarding hockey experience for every player.
As Team Manager, your primary purpose is to create an environment where coaches can coach, players can play, and families can enjoy the hockey experience. Your leadership contributes directly to the culture and success of your team. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, your organization and communication play a critical role in ensuring the season runs smoothly.
